  The place looks cheap. It's sitting in a shopping mall and shares space with a convenient store. They definitely didn't put a whole lot into making it an actual restaurant.

  Every time I go the staff is friendly and the food is amazing! It's always clean and has a laid back atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

  People that are wise, know not to judge a book by its cover. While this restaurant indeed looks humble from the outside the food puts the other Mexican restaurant in Mt Olive to shame. Thank goodness there is another option for Mexican food in Mt. Olive now. The food is not the out of the can, bland, drool the other place in town passes off as food. Scratch made right down to the refried beans. The chile relleno is a refreshing, non fried take on the dish, that is a go to when not sold out. The chicken used in the enchiladas, tacos, and enchiladas is seasoned thigh meat vs bland out of a can chicken breast used down the street. The prices are reasonable and the wait staff attentive and friendly. I've been here about 5 times now. I request the chips to be fried a few moments longer now. At first they were slightly undercooking them. Given that chips and salsa aren't served in traditional Mexican restaurants it was understandable. Also they don't serve beer or alcohol, but they do serve tea. All in all a great place. Would probably be a four star but compared to the competition in town I bumped it to a five star because there is such a difference in quality of food and experience. I highly recommend.

  Freddie and his staff are wonderful people! We've always been welcome with a smile and treated like family!!! The food is very great!
